Starting her career as a dedicated Cardiac ICU Nurse and an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Specialist, Kim has always been at the forefront of critical care and life-saving interventions. Her journey took an exciting turn during the Covid-19 Pandemic when she transitioned into the realm of Human Resources and People Operations. This shift was marked by a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble: Gillette in South Boston, where she honed her skills in managing and nurturing talent.
Driven by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact in the corporate world, Kim made the bold decision to channel her passion and expertise into founding her own company. Thus, Zen Den Lounge was born, a venture that embodies her vision of transforming business environments into spaces characterized by honesty, empathy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Under her guidance, Zen Den Lounge has grown from a nascent idea into a thriving business, dedicated to fostering healthy, supportive, and inclusive workplace cultures.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kim is an enthusiast of life's varied joys. She is an ardent concert-goer, reveling in the energy and excitement of live music. In the realm of sports, she proudly wears the title of a 2023 Champion in 'Old People Soccer,' a testament to her enduring athleticism and competitive spirit. Kim also finds solace and strength in boxing, a discipline that reflects her tenacity and resilience. In quieter moments, she cherishes the time spent with her beloved dog, Ziggy, finding in their companionship a source of joy and relaxation.
